Our sauna return policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind with your purchase. Here's an overview of our return policy:

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all sauna purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your sauna within 30 days of delivery, you may return it for a full refund or exchange, minus any shipping or handling fees.

Unused and in Original Condition: To be eligible for a return, the sauna must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns on saunas that have been used or assembled.

Return Authorization Required: Prior to returning your sauna, you must obtain a return authorization number from our customer service team. Returns without a valid authorization number will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package for its full value.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned sauna, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be for the purchase price of the sauna, excluding any shipping or handling fees.

Exclusions: Our return policy does not cover damage caused by improper assembly, misuse, or neglect. Saunas that have been modified or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

Manufacturer's Warranty: Please note that our saunas come with a manufacturer's warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms and coverage may vary depending on the specific sauna model.
