Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your sauna purchase from Frost + Fire. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please note that the sauna must be in its original packaging and in new condition in order to be eligible for a return or exchange.
